This is a weekly problem solving competition for elementary students and older. There is a chance to win a calculator if you correctly solve the problem.
Elementary problem of the week is given for non-routine problems. Students must verbalize their solutions.

Created in cooperation with NASA, PlaneMath applies mathematics to issues of flight. Mathematics activities revolve around
such as issues as flight path, plane capacity, runways and take-offs, lift-off and other areas important to flight. Students can
learn math while helping Amelia Earhart fly a straight course to Howland Island, or helping Jimmy Doolittle fly his helicopter
over a high mountain range. Students can even design and test their own airplanes. A good family activity.

addition to games such as Matho (bingo and math combined), hidden picture and math concentration.
Doctor Math is a team of college students, professors, and teachers. Site is an archive of questions and answers
organized by elementary, middle school, and high school grade levels. Topic search feature is also provided.
